This handy little NPW Template is just what you need if you want to calculate the Net Present Worth (also knows as Net Present Value) of some proposed investment. All you need to do is enter the amount of money you plan to invest, and the amount of money you expect it to make you in the future years, and the prevailing interest rate. The spreadsheet does the rest! It's great for comparing various investment options.
