Amortization Template
This handy little Amortization Template is just what you need if you want to calculate payments or payoff amounts on any type of loan. All you need to input is your original purchase price, your interest rate, and the years of the loan. The template will tell you your monthly payment, and for each month of the life of the loan, it will tell you how much of that payment goes to principal, how much goes to interest, and how much is left to still owe. It's great for planning out your investments, loans, mortgages, etc.
