Cost Benefit Analysis Template
Before I waste your time with a lot of words, this is probably what you're looking for: the FREE Cost Benefit Analysis Template.  Dowload it right HERE.

Still reading?  Okay, let me tell you what you just downloaded.  It is the free version of our powerful Cost Benefit Analysis template, and some of its specific capabilities include:
- costs table
- benefits table
- discount rate
- confidence levels
- net cash flow and value flow
- plots
- internal rate of return and break-even analysis
- mortgage and loan amortization table

There is one drawback to the free version: it is locked from editing.  It will probably do 90% of what you need done as it, but if you should want to unleash the full power of your Excel skills on it, you will need an unlocked version.

For that, you need to invest the tiny sum of $40 US, payable via PayPal.  Then you will have a wide-open, fully-customizable spreadsheet tool that will help you realize your wildest dreams.  Okay, that's probably going a bit too far, but I think you can understand the benefits.

Like I said, the paid version is just $40 US, payable through PayPal.  You just send the funds from any checking account or credit card account you have, to my account (which is the same as my email: jcesarone999@gmail.com).  Be sure to send me an email too, so I know where to send your unlocked file.  But you may as well try the free version first, which I mentioned up at the top of the page, or you can download it right here, to see if it is all you need.
